Tease Me Thursday

A teaser for you. Sorry I’m a bit behind today. Enjoy!

****WARNING: Teasing and foreplay. NSFW *****

I pushed open the door and sagged against it, exhausted. In the corner of the room, I saw the bed. This trip had been a bad idea. My brother and his friends decided to include me at the last minute because I’d begged them to let me tag along. Now I was seriously regretting my actions. Home, home would have been better, but this room and this bed would suffice for the night.

I took a step toward the bed when I heard someone clear their throat. A quick glance at the table in the opposite corner of the bed confirmed I wasn’t alone and that I’d chosen the wrong room. As if the night could get any worse.

“Sorry, Kyle. I thought this room was empty.”

He pushed his glasses up and stood. “It’s fine. I don’t think there are any rooms left.”

The spacious beach house had six bedrooms…and I made seven in the party. “Guess its sofa city for me tonight.” I offered a half-hearted grin. Nope, I hadn’t thought this through and my back would have words for me in the morning. I could almost guarantee it. “Sorry to disturb you.”

Kyle crossed the room and stood in the doorway. “Take my room.” His shorts hung low on his hips, the button down shirt hanging open.

My mouth dried at the sight of his inguinal ligaments dipping into his shorts…a dangerous v that lead to naughty thoughts. “Are…are you sure? I don’t want to kick you out of your room.”

He stepped closer, and I involuntarily took a step back. He closed the door, his gaze steadily locked with mine. This wasn’t like the Kyle I knew. The quiet, intelligent bookworm who had somehow found a place in my brother’s group of friends. No, his eyes held a hunger I’d never seen before, but it wasn’t wholly unwelcome. If brainy was the new sexy, he had to be every woman’s fantasy.

“I’ll just go.” I bumped into the edge of the bed, unaware that I’d backed away from him and that he’d been stalking toward me. I tried to push past him, but he grabbed me by the waist and threw me down on the mattress.

“Stay.” His husky voice stirred the fantasies I’d tucked away in the back of my mind. I gasped as he climbed onto the bed over top of me. His hair hung across his forehead in messy waves.

I wanted to sink my fingers into his hair. Reality slammed into me as I stared up at him. “Kyle, what…what are you doing?”

“What I should have done a long fucking time ago.” He kissed me, and my whole world shattered with the touch of his tongue.

I buried my hands in his hair as he pressed his weight into me. He tasted of red hots and sin. I moaned as he bit my lip, his hand sliding beneath the old tee shirt and covering my breast with his entire hand. My body lurched off the bed as he pinched my nipple. Oh, God, it was true…the quiet ones were always the most dangerous.

“Wait,” I gasped against his mouth.

He froze and his hand slipped away leaving me cold and aching. “I’m sorry,” he said as his weight lifted off me.

I wrapped my arms around his neck, holding him above me. “Take your glasses off.”

He reached up and removed them, setting them on the nightstand. When he met my gaze, I saw the desire lingering just below the hesitation. “Do you want me to stop?”

“Fuck no. You’ve waited long enough.” I pulled him down and smothered the remaining hesitation with my kiss.

Kyle pulled me close and nipped my lip again. Every hard angle of him pressed against me, I groaned when his hand slid into my shorts. “Your brother’s going to kill me.”

“If you don’t finish what you started, I’ll do it for him.”

I hope you enjoyed this week’s teaser.

Tease Me Thursday

May I present…your teaser for the week. Enjoy. 😉

********Warning: Elevator Fantasy Ahead ********

Sandra dashed for the elevator just as the doors started to slide closed. “Hold the elevator, please!” She huffed and puffed from running across the small lobby. The doors closed with a silent thud. “Figures,” she said, pressing the up button and leaning against the frame waiting for it to return.

“Maybe you should take the stairs?” a voice echoed behind her.

She glanced over her shoulder and scowled at the man wearing a three piece suit and carrying a smart, leather messenger bag. Her gaze narrowed on his piercing blue eyes and thin tight smile as he scanned her from head to toe. Sandra stared at the man before her who failed miserably to hide his obvious disapproval.

“Rude.” She murmured under her breath and turned her back to him.

The door slid open again, and she stepped into the elevator. He entered the car behind her, pressed his floor number, and leaned against the wall. Fifth floor, just below hers. Makes sense why she’d never seen him before. Part of her hoped she’d never see him again, especially if he was prone to making judgmental statements and lacked all forms of common civility. She sighed as she pressed her floor number, and the doors slid closed.

Sandra opened the letter in her hand and scanned the contents as the elevator slowly rose. It slammed to a halt, and the lights flickered before extinguishing completely.

“You’ve got to be fucking kidding me.” Her words elicited a laugh from the man standing behind her. She turned to him. “Haha, real funny.”

He picked up his cell phone and turned on the light. The shadows on his face sharpened his features. She sucked in a breath as his gaze met hers. “I told you to take the stairs.”

“Wait, you knew this was going to happen?” She approached him and swung her purse at him. “You ass!”

“I have this effect on elevators, and women it seems.” His lopsided smile made her heart tumble in her chest.

She whacked him with her purse again for good measure then collapsed against the wall, banging her head repeatedly to punish herself for not taking the stairs. She’d thought he had been making a snide comment about her weight. Too sensitive, her brother had always said. Truth. She’d always been aware of her curves, believing they’d been a curse. The heat rose in her cheeks, and she turned away from the man. It didn’t matter if it was dark in the elevator, she didn’t want him to see her blush.

“Do you have signal in here?” he asked, breaking the silence.

Sandra pulled out her cell and unlocked it. “Nothing.” She held it up for him to see.

“Loki fangirl are you?” He chuckled.

She slipped the phone back into her pocket. “Yeah, what do you care?”

“Well, your screen background can tell you a lot about a person.” He grinned.

“Really? Please enlighten me, oh wise one.”

“Sarcasm doesn’t become you.” He touched her sweatshirt. “Neither do baggy clothes.”

She jerked out of his reach. “What does my screen have to do with who I am?”

“It tells me quite a bit about you actually.” He stepped closer, pressing her against the wall.

“You’re full of it.” She wanted to push him away, but her body froze, rooted to the spot. His warmth and the scent of his cologne enveloped her. “Tell me then, smart ass. What does my Loki screen tell you about me?”

“You like mystery, action, and crave adventure.” His hand braced against the wall beside her head. “It also means you prefer mischief and the darker side.” He leaned close and whispered in her ear. “Tell me, Sandra, are you hiding a dark side?”

Hope you’re thoroughly teased now. You like or no?

Tease Me Thursday

Hello everyone…welcome back for a quick teaser. 😉

****Warning: foul language and sexual tension. *purrs* ****

“If you had a lick of sense, you’d quit right now,” Evan murmured to himself as he hit the enter key. With a sigh, he pushed himself back from the computer desk and made his way to the kitchen. It felt as though he’d been tapped dry. The words didn’t come like they used to. He’d sat at the computer all day and had six sentences to show for it.

“How comes the story, Ev?” His roommate Rose sidled up to him, plunking her coffee cup next to his on the counter. Her bubbly demeanor made Evan scowl. He was on his fourth cup of coffee and still longed to crawl back to bed. She tossed her short auburn curls and leaned back against the counter, facing him. Too perky. His gaze raked over the familiar curve of her smile, the ever present optimism burning in her eyes.

He rolled his eyes. “Fanfuckingtastic,” he grumbled before pressing the brew button. The scent of fresh coffee filled his senses, masking the sweet floral scent of Rose’s shampoo. Over the past half a year, he’d become intimately familiar with the scent of her shampoo since they shared a bathroom. They’d been roommates for the last few months, but their friendship had started in seventh grade. Living with her had brought things to the surface Evan had been sure he’d successfully suppressed since he was a teenager, like wanting to smell her skin.

“C’mon, you’ve been in there all morning.” She nudged him in the ribs with her elbow. He swayed at the motion and glared at her. Rose smiled up at him. “You’re such a grump when you’re writing. What’s wrong, characters not cooperating?” She picked up the pot of coffee and filled her paisley mug.

He held out his plain black one. “You’d think they’d do what you asked them to do without having to fight them constantly.” He kept his hand steady as she topped off the mug.

Rose patted his shoulder. The tender touch mocked him. He steeled himself against the thoughts her innocent action had aroused. Like snarling beasts, the attraction he’d spent years stomping into the dust reared its ugly head. He sipped the coffee letting the pain of his burned tongue replace the lust coursing through his veins.

“I’m sure you’ll get it figured out, you always do.” She poured some cream into her coffee and sipped it gingerly. “Do you need me to brainstorm with you, break some ideas loose? I’m sure between the two of us we can figure out what happens next.”

The story, dumb ass, she’s talking about the story.

She bounded toward his bedroom without waiting for his reply. Even in sweatpants and an oversized sweatshirt she looked adorable. His scowl deepened as he watched her disappear into his bedroom.

“What a fucking mess.” He mumbled to himself as he took another sip of the scorching brew. “Maybe I should shower first…an ice cold shower ought to do it.”

“You coming?” Rose called from his room.

“I fucking wish,” he whispered under his breath as he walked toward the woman who haunted his dreams.

He came around the corner and saw her curled up on his bed, her baggy sweatshirt baring her left shoulder as she patted the bed next to her. Even wanted to trace her collarbone with his tongue, bury his face in her hair and…

“Grab a notebook and a pen.”

Her words jolted him from his fantasy. “Yeah, right.” He snatched up his notebook and favorite pen, then glanced at her again.

“Sit down,” she said, tugging on his shorts.

Evan sighed and sat next to her on the bed, setting the coffee on his nightstand. When she moaned, his gaze snapped back to her.

“Damn, this coffee is soooo good.” She moaned again and clutched the mug with both hands. When she met his gaze, Rose frowned. “Something wrong?”

Evan shook his head. “No, no…Nothing’s wrong.” He opened the notebook and started scribbling random notes about the story, stuff he already knew, anything to get his mind off of the woman next to him.

“Evan?”

“What?” he asked, not bothering to even look at her. When she felt the soft brush of her fingertips on her nape, Evan froze. His heart shifted into high gear, sending his body into overdrive. She toyed with the fine hairs dusting his neck. His eyes drifted closed. Then he felt her breath on his neck as she leaned closer. Holy fucking hell.

“You smell delicious.” Her whisper disintegrated any sense remaining in his brain.

Tease Me Thursday

Here’s this weeks teaser…

*****Warning: HOTNESS AHEAD….possible NSFW. ******

Forever after, she believed betrayal tasted like his lips did that night. The salty tang of sea water and tequila mixed with the summer breeze still lingered in her mind.

“Bastard,” she murmured, turning toward the small seaside cottage. It had been three years since she’d been near the ocean, walked on a beach, and breathed the salty air. Now she remembered why she hated the ocean. It reminded her of his blue eyes and those nights…oh god, those nights.

She kicked open the cottage door and dropped her bags on the floor next to the dresser. The cottage was smaller than the one they had shared, but it wasn’t like she needed a large bed and a sturdy headboard. There wasn’t going to be any sex going on during this vacation.

Pulling her cell from her pocket, she hit the speed dial and held it to her ear. When she heard the beep, she left a message. “I’m here, safe and sound. Just wanted to let you know. Love you, bye.” Mom worried too much.

Nina flopped onto the bed, sinking into the soft duvet. She watched the ceiling fan spin overhead. “What the hell am I doing here?”

“I don’t know, but I’m not complaining.”

The sound of a stranger’s voice made her jump off the bed. He stood in the doorway of the bathroom with only a towel wrapped around his narrow hips. “Who are you? And why the hell are you in my room?” Her gaze drifted down the bare expanse of muscled chest.

“I could ask the same, but I’m thinking a thank you sacrifice to the Hawaiian gods might be more appropriate.”

She pushed her hair back away from her eyes. What the hell was that supposed to mean? Shaking the disturbing thought from her mind, she focused all of her attention on his face. Only his face…too distracting if it dipped any lower, she squeezed her eyes shut and tried again. Nina narrowed her gaze and met his full on.

“I think there’s been a misunderstanding.” She glanced at the open door and noted the number on the cottage. 8. Then Nina glanced at the key in her hand. 8. Yup, her room. So what the hell was this sinful stranger doing in her room, buck ass naked. “This is my room.” She held up her key.

He moved to the small counter by the refrigerator and held up another key. 8. “Looks like we’re bunking together, sweetheart.”

“Oh, hell no.” She backed up. “I’m going to get this straightened out right now.” Nina pulled out her cell and dialed the front desk. After a few terse moments on the phone with the concierge, she hung up in defeat. “There aren’t any other rooms. Everything is booked. She comped the cost of my stay, but that still doesn’t leave me a place to crash.” With a sigh, she turned to pick up her bags. “Could this day get any fucking worse,” she mumbled under her breath.

“Hold on.” His words stopped her. “We’re both adults, I don’t see why we can’t share. I promise not to drool on your pillow.”

So what do you think?
